About the Trust

Derozio Pharma Institute under the Moyna Vivekananda Mission Teachers Training College Trust has been running pharmacy courses since 2022. The Institute is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) under Govt. of India and Affiliated by the West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) and West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development (WBSCTVESD). It is situated in Moyna, a block of Purba Medinipur district in a tranquil atmosphere with its own temple of Sri Jagannath Dev surrounded by blue water bodies beside the Moyna – Medinipur Bus Road. Its calm and natural surrounding has created an ideal atmosphere for education and spirituality. It is about 90 km from Kolkata and 15 km from Tamluk. It aims at preparing students with not only proper and authentic knowledge in the subjects but also proper development as human being. We have properly qualified and well experienced faculties, 7 technical laboratories equipped with state of the art instruments, one library with internet facility, a seminar hall, separate common rooms and residence facility for boys and girls, a canteen, parking place and others to make our institute complete and self-sufficient.

The College is located, at Gopalchok , Moyna , 721629 . Location of the campus is a fast becoming a self-sufficient satellite town, in recent years moyna has developed a lot, with all the modern amenities like residential complexes, supermarkets, multiplex, bank with ATMs, top class schools, colleges super specialty hospitals & nursing homes etc. All the above facilities are available within half kilometer of our college. The College is situated in a place of picturesque scenery and natural beauty. The self-connected campus has a collegiate atmosphere and the authority are very proud to inform all that the Derozio Pharma Institute is RAGGING FREE ACADEMIC INSTITUTION and is committed to continue the tradition at any cost. The College is conveniently connected by road transport and railways. The nearest railway station Tamluk is 10 kilometer.
